"Should have kept in on TV"
Although it opens with a pretty cool battle sequence, The CLONE WARS seems to fall short of the complex and gritty star wars experience that the cartoon Clone wars gave us. although the animation style is not as hard to look at, the directorial approach and story just didn't compensate. had the directors of the cartoon version been in the directors seat, i believe it would have had better success. now comparing this short to the movies just isn't in the same ball park. fun for a "if you happen to catch it" experience.
probably the first real star wars disappointment.
