"Interesting to say the least. "Boats and Hoes""

I walked into this movie expecting the worst. I sat down and thought to myself, ok here is another comedy that I got suckered in to see starring Will Ferrel and John C. Reilly doing some silly stuff. The movie began and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was very funny. Within this format and story, I find that the rated R movie fits very well. The cussing and male nudity made the movie all the funnier. I find the story very funny especially becuase they are both well into their 40's when they move into the house together. The acting was really good for a Will Ferrel movie. I didnt expect to much from the Director especially becuase John C. Reilly and Will Ferrel both like to improvise, so therefore the Director position is kind of obsolete within that respect. The visuals were nothing to rave about but they did have some very funny shots (SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!) like the one with Will Ferrel's ball sack on the drum set. That, at the same time, made me laugh and get grossed out. All together I gave the movie a 4 becuase it was very very funny and entertaing.
