"Weak Remake"
I Am Legend is full of potential, however, this movie falls off quickly. The movie is full of these beautiful, elaborate deserted scenes of New York City mixed in with some of the weakest CGI of all time. I for one believe they should have used real actors instead of computer generated super strength mutants.
Will Smith was not the strong action figure i expected. The leader mutant was odd to say the least. This movie raises so many contradictory questions. Maybe I am over analyzing, but if you liked The Omega Man, you will find I Am Legend to be a weak remake.
To cap it off, it will probably be another 10-15 years before we ever get to see this movie done right.
