MAX PAYNE (2008)

"2 bad movies in a row for Wahlberg. "

The way this movie was brought out towrds the public was being misrepresented in a big way. When watching the trailer, it looks like a pure science fiction action movie, but after watching twenty minutes of it, i realized this is a crime drama, and i have seen the plot plenty of times in other movies ( A mans family is killed, the killer gets away, the man wants revenge, and goes out and try to find the killer so he can kill him) I have seen it all before.

I really liked this movie. Maybe because I never played the game and I watched it with no expectations. And what haven't we seen before?

the movie sux but i really luvd the visuals . they were wasted on a crappy movie

It was a cool movie. I never got the science fiction vibe from the trailers at all. The plot was pretty well set up in the video game.
