"Did anyone enjoy this flick like i did?... "

..i guess not. lol

Even though they recorded their own versions of tons of classic movies, i thought the idea of this flick was completely original. the acting was just fine, it felt like i was watching normal people from nj! its not a die hard hahaha funny type of flick. but if you seen a few of the movies "they" shot, you'll laugh. but if you can find yourself really into the film, i guarantee you will be dying at some parts!

Jack Black plays an eccentric type of guy; i thought his character was hilarious and corky. but a little less intense unlike some of his more popular roles.

Mos Def, just plays a normal young man who is very concerned with the video shop! and doesn't like to think to far outside the box, but jack is there to push him through!

Good date movie!! def good for a rent. i mean if you like movies with amazing cg or visuals, this ain't a movie for you to see in theaters! the plot was simple yet kept my attention. i can see how some folks may find it boring; again if you need flashy lights, cool stunts and explosions to keep you awake...then just rent it.

over all, great wholesome flick!
