"GREATEST FUCKING FLIM EVER MADE IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND: THERES A LOT OF SECRETS IN DISTRICT 9, BUT IT'S NO SECRET THAT THIS MOVIE WAS AMAZING."

Don't even know where to beging. I can argue that this is better then the dark knight. the story was simple and tasteful, alien refugees living in a city in south africa and the human government won't let them leave. I felt like the story was very simbolic of how in real live humans are cruel and fuck everything up. The actors were great, alot of unkown actors with talent, Sharlto Copley(Main Character) was incredible. Neill Blomkamp did an awesome job directing his depute flim. He captured the emotion and intensity and of a true cult classic. Last but certainly not least, the amazing visual effects. The aliens were made to look like bug/alien hybrids which made it creepy but different aliens then the ones we are use to seeing in hollywood sci-fi flims. The weapon designs were awesome and powers they packed was cool on screen. the mothership's design was amazing and that cool robot at the end, breath-taking. DON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT SEEING THIS, GO NOW AND AGAIN, DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. BEST MOVIE OF 2009
