"Slickly designed and enteraining enough.."
STORY:
The story is nothing to howl about. Mainly, it exists to be that gray area in between one exilerating race sequence to the next. The backdrop for constant eye candy is never dull. I would compare it to the script of Matrix Revolutions.
ACTING:
The actors have really nothing to work with. All they really do is deliver that famous Wackowski dialogue, react to a green screen orders and try to retain some dignity while doing it.
DIRECTING:
While there writing has been faulted, no one can deny that the Wackowskis can charge a sea of CGI with excitement and urgency. It almost always knows where its going ( even if that's noware)
VISUALS:
This is the reason you came to see the movie. The CGI imployed here is some of the most frantic, inventive and colorful as you've seen in any movie. This is the price of the ticket right here.
