"Truly a bad film... a strange amalgam of poorly structured themes and tones"

This movie features a predictable, dumb and probably the year's worst ending. Before the resolution, the film is a strange amalgam of poorly structured themes and tones. On display is a nonsensical romance, a shallow student/teacher "relationship" and a hiccup of action. All of which seems to have been shot through dark gauze because the cinematography was as strange as the plot. "The concept and character is dark. So, let's shoot the film in a dark, grainy manner." Woof. The intermittent internal monologue was a joke as was the spoken dialogue. Truly a bad film.
