"No explosions, nudity, or gratuitous violence ... however a great non-Hollywood-ized story about a real person."
If you are a huge "Transformers" fan, you may not like this type of indie-film ;) The movie is a real-life account of a disabled-vet who ushered in changes to the system that use to openly allow discrimination against the disabled. The story is not grandeous, because it's based on the life of a real person. Indie-film lovers will appreciate this film and the most remarkable part is that (an unrecognizable) Michael Sheen (who played Tony Blair in "The Queen") portrays a man afflicted with Cerebral Palsey ... and don't be surprised if Sheen gets nominated for some acting awards for this role.
