Start with a weak story and poor direction and mix-in flat performances by both Foster and Howard and you get this crap.
Overall, it's hard to say just where this thing went the most wrong.
Sure, this SHOULD or could've been a decent thriller. But predictable and hokey, it falls flat. Then, the director cuts in crazy stuff and fails to really set the mood throughout the film and you feel, just generally, bored out of your mind, like this thing is a cheap shoe, found in a dumpster and you just can't quite wiggle yourself into it.
Then, and finally, Howard, Foster didnt make it any better by delivering miserable lines in a miserable setting.
Bottom Line Horrible
Overall: D+
