DR. SEUSS' HORTON HEARS A WHO (2008)

"The acting is superb, and adults will smile as they hear some of their favorite voice-overs in the animals."

The acting is superb, and adults will smile as they hear some of their favorite voice-overs in the animals. However, the world view issue presents the "bad guy" as a homeschooling mother. The assumption is that Homeschoolers are narrow-minded, fear-based, fun-and-imagination squelchers. As a 19 year veteran of the home education community, I find that premise to be really laughable. As it will be to most homeschooling families who battle the bureaucracy of "lockstep" institutional government education on a daily basis.Otherwise, this is a lovely & fun family movie. The animation is superb. I'm just sorry Hayward & Martino had to pass the political correctness test to get it done.
