"A well written story, with fantastic visuals and a great performance from Joseph Gordon-Levitt"

An enjoyable watch with great performances from Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Isla Fisher and Matthew Goode.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt gives such a passionate and powerful performance and is truely one of the best actors around today.

This was a gripping story with several great moments of suspense. However some parts of the story where looked at but never really explained, such as the old man is Gary Spargo's home, who is Bone? and how did Gary Spargo know Chris Pratt?. Some of these things, especially the latter, could have been explored a little bit more.

I do enjoy a film that leaves certain things unresolved; it gives the viewer something to think about when they leave the theatre. And this was definately the case with The Lookout.

One of the best films i've seen in recent years.
