The Farrelly Brothers add to their Dumb & Dumber/ Something About Mary milieu with a movie about Siamese Twins. Greg Kinnear and Matt Damon are not separated at birth as the Tenor Brothers. Matt is Bob the sweet one, and Kinnear is Walt, the Devil May Care Siamese Twin who likes to have sex with girls even if it means Matt turning and looking the other way. They have found happiness in Martha's Vineayard and a life that allows them to be winning short order chefs of their own restaurant and even allows Walt to appear on stage in a hilarious one-man show of "Tru?? while Matt wears a black Noh Theater cover-up so the audience won't mind that this solo performance is actually a duo. Plot is complicated by Walt's desire to turn pro and after a little debate the two are Hollywood-bound. Their adventure will see Walt become the co star of his own TV series with Cher, and Matt finding true love with a pen pal after a hilarious set piece in which the brothers go on a date with Matt's beloved and still manage to not give away they fact that they are stuck together. This is perfect rubbery territory for the elastic comedy minds of the Farrellys and, as always, their raucous humor and wild take it to the limit base-ness is balanced by a sensitive, caring humanity for the underdogs of the world.

Most touching is the finale in which, once they are finally twain, the brothers have a tough time being apart and must find a way to be stuck together again, even if it's only as brothers. Cher has never been funnier or more touching as the jaded Hollywood star (herself) who finds her humanity. And hilarious Hollywood jokes abound as when the director of the series (Griffin Dunn) finds a way to shoot around the fact that his solo star (Kinnear) is not alone.

Commentary
A full-length audio commentary by the Farrellys is almost as a good as the movie itself. The down home humor and humanity of the Brothers Farrelly comes across as friendly and informative if totally unnecessary, a nice bonus feature.

Blooper Reel
A Blooper Reel is also included. Funny, and a great extra.

Behind-the-scenes
Also included is a behind the scenes look at the physical make-up and intricacies of the Siamese-ing of Greg and Matt.

Add the Theatrical Trailer and this DVD is full of bonus extras that make it worth adding to your humor collection.

A funny premise that lives up to expectations, marred only by an oddly toned ending. The Farrelly Brothers stick it to those who doubted they could pull off a heartfelt and funny meditation on what it would be like to be joined at the hip with Greg Kinnear.
