"The movie so bad, it's great!"
This movie was so bad, that it was actually awesome! It could be that the film knew it was horrible, and didn't care, or maybe it's because I think the Punisher is the greatest comic character ever (next to Dr. Manhattan, NiteOwl, Rorschach, and the Comedian of course), but I really liked this movie. It's about a crime boss who is horribly disfigured by the Punisher, and wants him dead! He also want's the money he gave the guy in his crew who was a rat. So he recruits his ape shit crazy brother (pardon my curse, but when it's necessary, it's necessary) and a whole crap load of gangs to kill the Punisher. It's totally nuts! There's also a ton of violence, which makes it all the better. Watch out for the scene where the Punisher uses a rocket launcher to blow up an acrobatic crack head mid air! I loved the 2004 Punisher, and would say that they are both are on par as equal movies. This one is way gorier by a long shot, and is way more faithful to the comic than the 2004 one, but I still love them both equally. I'd give it an 89.9% so about an A-. Check it out!
