"Well, atleast it was better than I expected it to be."

From the previews of this film, I thought that '10,000 B.C.' was going to suck terribly. But when I was watching it, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, either. The story is okay. It just kind of bored me a little bit, and it was seemed a little too simple to make a movie about some guy having to save his girlfriend. Although, I did like that the writer put some complications for the young adventurer while trying to get there. You know, stuff like man-eating birds, wullymamoths, and a jagweir with some huge teeth. The acting is okay. You knew what they were talking about, but they still could have talked with better acting with it. The acting was good when they were fighting stuff because they had to seriously act like those animals were actually there. The directing is kind of dull. I thought that the visuals that the director brought to the screen were well done, but he could have picked better actors. Surprisingly the only one that seemed to be the best at acting in this film was actually Camilla Belle! She usually sucks, but in this film she did pretty well. Overall, this movie is just okay. It's nothing special and nothing to get excited about. It's just an okay film. Nothing really special about it.
