"Step in to the gates of hell with Sam Raimi's horror masterpiece."

Long ago,Sam Raimi was a horror GOD with his Evil Dead franchise and then

he quited the horror genre to direct

the Spider-Man franchise which was awesome. Now years later Sam Raimi is back to the horror genre to deliver us

Drag Me To Hell,is this film a welcome return to Sam Raimi's other masterpiece

or not?

The story is actually pretty clever for a horror film, its about a woman

named Christine Brown (Alison Lohman) an ambitious L.A. loan officer with a charming boyfriend, professor Clay Dalton (Justin Long). Life is good until the mysterious Mrs. Ganush (Lorna Raver) arrives at the bank to beg for an extension on her home loan. Should Christine follow her instincts and give the old woman a break? Or should she deny the extension to impress her boss, Mr. Jacks (David Paymer), and get a leg-up on a promotion? Christine fatefully chooses the latter, shaming Mrs. Ganush and dispossessing her of her home.

In retaliation, the old woman places the powerful curse of the Lamia on Christine, transforming her life into a living hell. Haunted by an evil spirit and misunderstood by a skeptical boyfriend, she seeks the aid of seer Rham Jas (Dileep Rao) to save her soul from eternal damnation. To help the shattered Christine return her life to normal, the psychic sets her on a frantic course to reverse the spell.

Now this is what i call a horror story,

Ivan Raimi took all his time to make

a good story with scary atmosphere and

intense moments throught.Hell even the

script is so well damn written and smart,so dont expect cheesy dialouge

or lame jokes,theres none.But what

about the scares, its it scary?u bet,

for a PG-13 horror movie,it scared the

shit out of me,theres soo scary you wont even see it coming!

Also, the visuals are top-notch and it

has one of the most scariest witches in the history of freaking horror.I

mean SHE IS DAMN SCARY AS HELL!.The

acting is unbealivablely strong,Alison

Lohman does a pretty good job with her

perfomance, but Lorna Raver fucking nails it cause of her scary perfomance,

dont believe me?wait until u see the

movie by yourself!

Sam Raimi has done a masterful job on Drag Me To Hell, with intense atmosphere

,great acting, intense moments and cool story,Sam Raimi has redifined "True Horror",ur invited to go to hell.

Try typing your reviews as a word document and then copy and paste them over, maybe that will help.

what's the deal with a whole paragraph being split into 17 lines? After all, it's not a poem.
