"A strong remake that could be more enjoyable than that dreadful Jason X"
Friday The 13 was a damn popular franchise, but the dreadful sequels ruined it and lost all its charms. Now
say hello to the remake of Friday The 13,i suprisingly enjoyed this film a lot.
The story is not from the same original
,its actually a re-imagining of the second one:Searching for his missing sister, Clay heads up to the eerie woods of legendary Crystal Lake where he stumbles on the creaky remains of rotting old cabins that lie in wait behind moss-covered trees. And that's not the only thing hiding under the brush. Against the advice of police and cautions from the locals, Clay pursues what few leads he has with the help of a young woman he meets among a group of college kids up for an all-thrills weekend. But they are about to find much more than they bargained for. Little do they know, they've entered the domain of one of the most terrifying specters in American film history - the infamous killer who haunts Crystal Lake armed with a razor-sharp machete...Jason Voorhees, the badass motherfucker who will never fucking die.
The story is fine, but i wanted more depth into the story i mean, who's Jason's father and why does he kills people theres got to be an explanation for some reason and also, the script and dialouge are awful,it starts decent
and then it gets annoying to quickly.
The acting is unbeliavebly good,i like
how the actors use real expressions in the film,Danielle Panabaker is decent as well. The awesome thing i like about
this remake is the visuals, the scenary
is just beautiful and in parts where the film gets really dark,it truly gives you the chills and atmosphere around you.
The death scenes are more gruesome and original than the original, its truly gory and awesome to watch at the same time all over again if you have the stomach for it...LOLZ.The film is produced by Michael Bay as usual and directed by Marcus Nispel, although i was truly dissapointed on his other remake, but now he has done a pretty
job at this one.
Friday The 13 isn't such a must see to tell you this, but if your a hardcore Jason fan, watch, relax and enjoy the blood fest.
