"I now pronounce you... husband... and... husband."
A fitting, albeit tongue-in-cheek ending for the crowd in Boston.
Denny and Alan march off into the sunset together, as do Shirley and Carl. Jerry and Katie seem to have 'some' kind of future. They deserve it.
The Chinese landed the firm and are, apparently, naming it "Chang, Poole & Schmidt".
UGH. What an insult.
At least we got a final balcony with scotch and cigars and our two leads.
Denny will have his experimental drug (and hope).
A fond farewell to this show. It has been one of my all time favorites. Well written, witty, well acted. It seems far too short a run for such a great serial.
Good-bye.
