Bay really hit a home run here folks!
TRANSFORMERS...brought so much to the table.
You have great acting, with the quick but not annoying comebacks from Shia Leabuf. All the different plots, from the robots themselves, to the governments view, the everyday kid, and the army fighting a war they don't quite understand.
Special effects...were phenominal! through out the movie you could almost believe that a car could turn into a huge robot.
However some points where i think could have used some work...
A)I was kind of hoping for more robot screen time.
B)Some lines in the movie were "cheesy".
Those are just the two points that bugged me through out. otherwise really well done.
For the diehard transformers fans, Bay kept the essince of all the characters close to home. So he changed the type of car bumblebee was. It doesn't matter...it was still bumblebee. i left the theater completely satisfied after watching this film. to me it beat out spidey 3 and pirates 3. Because i didn't know what to expect!
And i can gladly say i am much looking forward to the sequel!
