Will Smith portrays "Hancock" the new kind of hero. A funny adventure but the movie ultimatley had some serious weak spots all through out the whole thing. Some laughs here some laughs there, some stupid parts here and some stupid parts there, thats pretty much all that it is other than the weak action. It didn't surprise me that it was bad, the trailer told a lot, but it's one of those movies where it has a good actor in a really bad movie.

Hancock showed some laughs mostly towards the beginning, then some weak some-what drama then some bad looking Special F/X. Will Smith plays the new superhero Hancock who really doesn't care what the hell you think of him. He does what he wants, he's that kind of person he helps out with people but does a horrible job. He then meets a buisness man who wants to sponser Hancock for his company and his campaign. He thinks. and he does. Everything starts off from there what can I say about this it's bad. The story isn't really impresive not even close. The whole point in my words is it being sental mentaly retarded. It was hard to understand. And a truly predictable jaw dropper.

I'm a huge fan of Smith, but I'm not really fond of these kinds of films he is in. Some stupid movies He is going to be in and has been in. For Charlize Theron, I'm not a fan, I've seen some of her movies,she isn't one you should look for when you see her movies. The acting was better than the story but not so good. Will Smith I feel him weak in the film, powerless. For Charlize Theron is a horrible actress in all movies. Smith did most of the "good" acting I guess you can call it or at least better than Theron.

Peter Berg directed this, he has acted in many things, but has some problems with the directing in this one. He directed "The Kingdom" which is a film I liked, this one is a weak spot for him, but everyone gets or has one in the big leagues of Hollywood. This was bad directing though, they used green screen too much, and it was bad. He made everything or almost everything in the movie bad.A true dissapointment.

This movie definetly used green screen and CGI way too much, you can easily tell by the horrible effects. Sometimes they were believeable but most the times was weak. It all took place in L.A. where there are tone of violence. So the fights and the flying was horribly fake. The most of the time that the bad special F/X and CGI were at the beggining, towards the end the CGI and all were pretty good. But the movie just got plain stupid.

Not the best supehero movie, not the best Will Smith movie and not the best Comedy movie. Some may think this is a great movie, they should watch it again but closer. To those who thought it sucked I'm with you A really big dissapointment to most all.

Not a must see movie of the year, I don't really recommend anyone see this unless they're a Will Smith fan like me. Still they will be dissapointed.
