Pixar unveiled new plot details on three upcoming projects at CinemaCon last night. First up we have a brand new project from Toy Story 3 director Lee Unkrich which is currently known as the The Untitled Pixar Movie About Día de Los Muertos. The studio hasn't handed out a release date yet, but you can read the first plot details below.

"From director Lee Unkrich and producer Darla K. Anderson, the filmmaking team behind the Academy Award-winning Toy Story 3, comes a wholly original Pixar Animation Studios film that delves into the vibrant holiday of Día de los Muertos."

Next up is The Good Dinosaur (formerly known as the Untitled Pixar Dinosaur Project), which will be directed by Bob Peterson and Peter Sohn, and is set for release May 30, 2014. Take a look at the official synopsis.

"What if the cataclysmic asteroid that forever changed life on Earth actually missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? This hilarious, heartfelt and original tale is directed by Bob Peterson (co-director/writer, Up, writer, Finding Nemo) and produced by John Walker (The Incredibles, The Iron Giant)."

Finally, we have the Untitled Pixar Project That Takes You Inside the Brain, which has been given a June 19, 2015 release date. Pete Docter is directing along with Ronnie del Carmen. Check out the official plot rundown.

"Pixar takes audiences on incredible journeys into extraordinary worlds: from the darkest depths of the ocean to the top of the tepui mountains in South America; from the fictional metropolis of Monstropolis to a futuristic fantasy of outer space. From director Pete Docter (Up, Monsters Inc.) and producer Jonas Rivera (Up), the inventive new film will take you to a place that everyone knows, but no one has ever seen: the world inside the human mind."

Well, I remember reading it was a girl's mind, so yeah, the whole " a place that everyone knows, but no one has ever seen" actually fits. As for Dia de los Muertos, well, honestly I care very little for that holiday, but hey, Pixar is yet to hook me on that.
