Justin Theroux will write and direct this sequel
The site is reporting that Theroux, who also co-wrote Tropic Thunder which Stiller directed, is currently working out the script with Stiller. It was also said that Theroux was planning a trip to Fashion Week in Paris to, immerse himself on what is current in fashion."
It seems that a deal hasn't been made for Owen Wilson to reprise his role as Hansel in the film, but Jonah Hill is currently in negotiations to star as the film's villain.
Zoolander was released September 28th, 2001 and stars Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Christine Taylor, Will Ferrell, Milla Jovovich, Jerry Stiller, David Duchovny, Jon Voight. The film is directed by Ben Stiller.

On a tangent, I just watched the premiere of Ricky Gervais' Extras the other day where Ben Stiller plays himself directing a film in the UK. Anyone seen it? He gets into a spat with Gervais about how he's a huge bankable star and Gervais' character is nobody, and he's like "I kissed Drew Barrymore and slapped Jennifer Aniston's butt!" Gervais says "Yeah, in movies" and walks away, and Stiller starts yelling at everyone "It still counts! It still counts!" Lol...classic.

I thought the first one was hilarious. Although my friends think my choice in comedies are strange. (i.e. Fear and Loathing, Big Lebowski, American Psycho). I hope the sequel here doesnt end up sucking like The Son of Mask...or Mask 2 or whatever the sequel was named.
