Zak Penn Antes Up At The Grand
The cast includes Woody Harrelson, Ray Liotta, Ray Romano, Jason Alexander, Cheryl Hines and Werner Herzog. Variety reports the story revolves around an international poker tournament. The actors will play real games, culminating in a championship round.
Zak outlined the storyline for The Grand, but the dialogue will be completely improvised when filming begins next month at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas; a 2007 release has been set.
