Zack Galifianakis Ponders His Next Role

Now that The Hangover has crossed the $200 million mark at the domestic box office, there are no shortage of projects for one of the film's stars. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Zack Galifianakis is currently circling three film projects, two of which would reunite him with The Hangover director Todd Phillips.

All three projects are currently set up at Warner Bros. - Say Uncle and the Phillips comedies Due Date and Man-Witch. Due Date is said to be in the vein of The Hangover, centering on a stuffy businessman on a road trip with a laid-back slacker, which also features a baby in tow. Man-Witch, though, is a much different film which would center on Galifianakis' character discovering he has supernatural abilities, which prompts him to join an all-girls witching school.

Although these projects are all being pitched around town as Galifainakis projects, he has yet to commit to any of them as of yet. A sequel for The Hangover also seems to be in the works as well.

Man-Witch is in development .

Why make sequels for stand-alone films?
    Hungover, Again...

    Sounds like a direct-to-DVD release.

Damn. Due Date sounds not TOO horrible but Man-Witch sounds like a f*cking Rob Schneider comedy. He's better than that.
