Zac Efron joins the Warner Bros. thriller The Falling
While specific plot details are being kept under wraps, the story centers on an otherworldly being. The story idea was developed internally at the studio, which was then presented to both Zac Efron and Akiva Goldsman. The producers are currently looking for a writer to tackle the script, based on a story crafted by Akiva Goldsman and Joby Harold (Joby Harold).
Joby Harold and his wife Tory Tunnell will also produce through their Safehouse Pictures company. No production schedule was given.
Zac Efron is currently shooting the JFK assassination drama Parkland, while Akiva Goldsman is making his directorial debut with Winter's Tale in New York.
