The story centers on three Manhattan friends who make a pact to remain single. The plot thickens when each friend falls in love shortly after the vow is made. Zac Efron is the first to sign on, with more casting news to likely follow out of Toronto next week.

Justin Nappi and Kevin Turen are producing for Treehouse Pictures, alongside Scott Aversano and Andrew O'Connor. QED will be handling international sales.
