Yesterday we showed you the first poster for Yogi Bear and today Yahoo! Movies has just premiered the very first trailer for the film as well. Click on the video player below to catch your first video glimpse at this new film, which will hit theaters on December 17.

Yogi Bear was released December 17th, 2010 and stars Dan Aykroyd, Justin Timberlake, Anna Faris, Tom Cavanagh, T.J. Miller, Nathan Corddry, Andrew Daly, Josh Robert Thompson. The film is directed by Eric Brevig.

    The CGI for this film looks cheaper than Scooby- Doo. At least Scooby looked so much better.
    Some times I wish they just made a trilogy instead of two films.
    Kids will loves this more than adults.

    For a kids movie, it looks and sounds good. Some people forget alot of the feeling and sound, and the over all look of something from their childhood couse they have the memory set high on a pedistal. I remember the first time I saw the origonal He-Man cartoon when I was a adult, thinking it would be kool. But then it was chessy and bad. But when I was a kid, It was the best thing ever. Same here guys.

    Sorry to say this Dan but that doesn't sound like Yogi, if I know about this project I would have auditioned for it and sent in the reel. I don't want to gloat but I do a far better impersonation. That reminds me I better send in the two reels.
    I lend my voice to certain productions. One is for fun the other a TV series.

    Horrible! Just Horrible!! The CGI is creepy and Yogi's voice is placed very wrong (sorry Dan Aykroyd). I knew the story would be awful and the tone had no relation to the the charm of the original... but I remember Dan did a good Ed Norton on The Honeybees sketc...h on SNL in 1978 and he is a good mimic. I think he was directed wrong. His voice is placed too deep with none of the up and down lilt that Daws Butler gave Yogi. No stretching of words, everything said to one tone and too fast. Of course, it's only a preview but. Go see the REAL Yogi Bear at YouTube!

    everything's been said already (glad i'm not the only one who saw it). yogi's voice is awful (boo boo is awesome), the cgi sucks (that pie scene could have been drawn in crayon better than it came off in cgi) and they've reduced this great cartoon to slapstick, physical idiot-comedy versus cleaver and witty.

    Dan Akyrod sounds terrible as Yogi. Timberlake might be good. Still, this looks horrible. Scooby Doo looked better in 2002 with his live-action movie.

    1) What the hell did Tom Cavanaugh do to deserve this?
    2) Justin Timberlake's voice sounds a lot like Boo-Boo's original voice.
    3) Why is Dan Akroyd wasting time on this when Ghostbusters 3 needs to be happening as soon as possible?
    4) Where's Cindy Bear?
    5) Why is there a love interest for Ranger Smith?
