Clash of the Titans 2 is officially, Wrath of the Titans
Director Jonathan Liebesman has been filming the sequel in England and off the coast of Spain. The project has previously been known as Clash of the Titans 2.
A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus-the demigod son of Zeus-is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year old son, Helius.
Wrath of the Titans was released March 30th, 2012 and stars Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Édgar Ramírez, Toby Kebbell, Rosamund Pike, Bill Nighy, Danny Huston. The film is directed by Jonathan Liebesman.

Personally I liked this movie as well as the old1. However this1 had lil minor key mistakes/errors, in which they should have been edited or fixed rather than just leaving it, unlike the old1 which pretty much all old movies have errors but in today's world things like these can b fixed!.
Ok 1 prob i had with this1, just like i did with the remake of "robin hood" was the fact that robin him self.. had a short rather shaved head. For those who dont understand this, its quit simple. This a movie done yrs ago where there were no such thing as a perfect trim, or fresh cutt, This people dont live in today's world and should have kept that washed-up look. which is why i loved the robin hood which started Kevin Costner. Morgan Freeman ect. And when u compare that1 to the remake .. sumthing feels wrong. and they try to make it look way to hardcore and tough. i dunno theres a word for it.
Moving on to this movie Clash of the Titans, Another 1 of those blah movies that had a great story, and s/f, but again. the looks of these guys were so today's world, not 60yrs ago. Which is why the old movie got it right. . The other only key mistakes was that they throw in parts in the movie that should have been a blooper. sych as him droping that sward then having it again in the next shot. as if he never droped it. Other than that, this movie was alright and it wouldnt hurt to make part2.

For those that don't like this movie... What is it about it that you exactly hate so much? Answer that WITHOUT comparing it to the first movie, since this version was meant to step away from that and stand on it's own for a new generation of fans. And apparently those fans liked it since it wouldn't be getting a squeal if it didn't do well. And I think we all know that Hollywood is quick to pull the plug on something that doesn't do well. I thought the movie was awesome. Can't wait for the next.

@themoviefanatic meh, check it out. the films fan base is pretty split. hate it or love it. I'd recommend renting it on blu ray. I personally HATED it, but I do know ppl who like. so, rent it. I just hated the way liebsmann directed the film. I thought it was a very poor director job. thats why im scared of what he'll do to this film. hope he gets his sh*t together!

Yes, i liked what i saw from the trailer and tv spots for Battle:LA, but i have not seen it yet. I wonder if it is a good enough movie to buy on blu ray ? It does look pretty cool.

I didn't hate Clash at all, in fact I enjoyed it, though I felt it could have been better. Imo this film will be much better though.

Well, at least Wrath of the Titans is going to be different then the the recent Clash of the Titans movie meaning in a good way, and when people see the good changes done to the sequel, they'll realize that their bashing on people who feel confidently about it is not going to solve anything, because of the sequel actually being better then the first recent Clash of the Titans movie.

Yes, that what i was thinking too. I can't wait to see it ! I hope it will be better then Clash of the Titans, although i did somewhat enjoy the recent Clash of the Titans movie.

A change of title won't bring the movie's rep back. The first one was not good, The Mime liked the original more. What's more annoying is that the movie has nothing to do with the "Titans"....The first one is excused because its a remake to the original so they have to keep the title....but The Mime hopes that the Titans will have a role in this one...which would in turn go against the "myths" and "legend" stories.......BUT, hope everything works out in this "sequel".....
