Charles Leavitt (The Seventh Son) has signed on to write the screenplay for Legendary Entertainment's video game adaptation World of Warcraft. Sam Raimi had originally been attached to direct, although he was forced to drop out, due to his involvement with Disney's Oz: The Great and Powerful.

Legendary is said to have responded positively to the new writer's take on the material, which may keep the languishing project moving forward as they try to find a new director. The Activision/Blizzard Entertainment video game Warcraft debuted in 1994, where players take part in an epic struggle between the Horde and the Alliance. Blizzard's World of Warcraft is a subscription-based multi-player online roleplaying game, where gamers from all over the world do battle in this fantasy realm.

There is no production schedule set at this time, although it is believed that, if the studio can find a director in the near future, the earliest it could be released is 2014.

Warcraft comes to theaters March 11th, 2016 and stars Paula Patton, Anson Mount, Paul Dano, Colin Farrell, Travis Fimmel, Anton Yelchin, Ben Foster, Toby Kebbell. The film is directed by Duncan Jones.

@XxNickTheFilmCriticXx I remember a user who kept making homosexual references in the same caliber, sometimes detailed. At one point he asked me directly of my opinion and well, I answered the way I would in a real life situation "your life, not my problem"

@bawnian-dexeus -- True, but as the site gets more popular, things start to change for the best. I remember looking at an article that was a few years old, and this one guy mentioned how he'd like to take a girl from behind, along with getting a BJ(in more explicit terms). I have yet to see anything of that caliber in recent times.

Hopefully, by 2014, discussions of that nature(on public articles) will be alleviated.

What's with all this sex talk on public articles? Quite tasteless, if you ask me.

On topic; yet another pointless project.

@dan1 nah at this point in my life i care more about seeing the hobbit and playing assassins creed III than i do about getting laid. Sex is always on the table but these moments playing and watching for the first time are unique :)

I thought Peter was too busy with his Hobbit films and he's attached to Temeraire and Tin Tin.
It would be cool if he did, Del Toro would be excellent as well.
