Winnie the Pooh Trailer

Walt Disney Animation Studios returns to the Hundred Acre Woods with "Winnie the Pooh," the first big-screen Pooh adventure from Disney animation in more than 35 years. With the charm, wit and whimsy of the original featurettes, this all-new movie reunites audiences with the philosophical "bear of very little brain" and friends Tigger, Rabbit, Piglet, Kanga, Roo-and last, but certainly not least, Eeyore, who has lost his tail. "Well a tail is either there or it isn't there," said Pooh. "And yours isn't... there." Owl sends the whole gang on a wild quest to save Christopher Robin from an imaginary culprit. It turns out to be a very busy day for a bear who simply set out to find some hunny. Inspired by five stories from A.A. Milne's books in Disney's classic, hand-drawn art style, "Winnie the Pooh" hits theaters July 15, 2011.
Winnie the Pooh was released July 15th, 2011 and stars John Cleese, Jim Cummings, Bud Luckey, Craig Ferguson, Jack Boulter, Travis Oates, Kristin Anderson-Lopez, Wyatt Dean Hall. The film is directed by Stephen J. Anderson, Don Hall.

It's funny, but Eeyore always reminds me of adult life: pessimistic and depressing.
Anyway, I'm loving the animation.

Hmm, kind of a two-edged sword either way.

I dunno, but he kicked him down a flight of stairs 2 times. At the time I was upset cuz I was just a kid, but now I'm glad he got rid of him, I didn't want to see him get killed cuz of the old man being an *sshole.

@moviegeek I dunno what the fate of our Tigger was, my dad gave him away when my parents got divorced :( He hated dogs.

@Supes Probably so. Poor cat though. It died from eating lilies in our backyard. :/

@moviegeek lol awesome. I wonder how many people have named their animals after that character. I'm a betting a lot.

@Supes I used to have a cat named Tigger because he would practically bounce everywhere :D

I used to have a collie named Tigger. He'd knock people down just like Tigger did, so the name was fitting :)

Awwww! I love Winnie the Pooh. The trailer felt like a Mac commercial though; with the titles midway through and the music.

I really wanna see this movie when it comes out, although my concern was that it seems the voices of Owl and Christoper Robin sound completely different. I do hate it when studios change actors/voices for new films.

Jsut watched the trailer. I was surprised to here "Somewhere Only We Know" playing, but I think it matched. Keane FTW.

Yeah, I'm with @Narrator. Pooh is part of my childhood, I loved the show then, but I have no desire to see this. Awesome for the kids, though.

Technically, @Gandoff2169 - The Piglet, Tigger, and Heffalump movies were released by Disney, but not made by them. Not made by Walt Disney Animation Studios, I mean. Those were created by a subsidiary studio that they own, called DisneyToon studios.

Kool,,, but they are wrong.. This is not the first Pooh film in 35 years. There has been atleast 3 that I know of. One on piglet, one on tigger, and on on hephalumps.. and I dont know how to spell it...

@Narzion - I knew that, but the format they use isn't necessarily his call. And I hate to break it to you, but Princess and the Frog wasn't that good and Bolt was just under passing.
