Variety reports that Fox is putting together a project that is inspired by the work of Cesar Millan (The Dog Whisperer). Wilmer Valderrama is attached to star as a character that is based on Millan.

Millan is best known for having incredible skill as a professional dog trainer.

Emily Kapnek (co-exec producer of Hung) is going to write and executive produce this half-hour comedy. It "has a script-plus penalty order at Fox. Twentieth Century Fox TV is the studio."
