We were figuring out if we do another one, and what it would be. It has to come from the characters, so where are these characters after this film - what are they doing?"

You do realize that they are sitting in a studio car and not the real thing. Both of them would be dead long ago if they did that sort of thing.
I like Walker though I wish he would take his acting a bit more serious, a good director would let him slide, a great director would say to him. Okay Walker, I need you in that corner playing with that computer until Vin talks to you.
As much as I am a fan of the series so far, I do wish that Need For Speed would be converted into a film. It's high time that Furious has gets some stiff completion.

I answered my own question. The movie's called Takers, with Matt Dillon, Paul Walker, Hayden Christensen, Zoe Saldana and T.I.
The plot is: A group of bank robbers find their $20 million plan interrupted by a hard-boiled detective.
Cool. But no news of this movie at all lately, and it's supposed to be in production.

The latest F&F movie is a great, popcorn/car movie, the best in the series. Its record breaking opening ($73 million)confirms that its fan base appreciates keeping the original cast together. Its Diesel-prison bus break final scene sets up for a sequel that had the audience clamoring for more. Can't wait for the next movie...

of course they want to make another one. Neither walker nor diesel have had much luck creatively or financially outside of this franchise. as soon as fast and furious opening weekend was deemed a success you know the sequel wheels went in to full gear (no pun intended).

If fast and furious was dead it wouldn't have made tons of money. They only made two with paul and vin and there is tons of potential for another. Just continue where tokyo drift left off. Sure it would make tons of money also.
