Will Smith Gets Set Up at the Sci Fi Channel
The drama will center on an ex-cop who starts to see visions of the memories of recently-deceased people and he takes on the charge of helping these lost souls finish their unfinished business. Smith will executive produce the TV film alongside his Overbrook Entertainment partners John Lassiter and Ken Stovitz. Sally Robinson is set to write the pilot with Mikael Salomon to direct.
"Sci Fi is excited to begin development on Unfinished Business with Overbrook Entertainment and Will Smith," said Mark Stern, executive vp original programming at Sci Fi. "It is a compelling and thrilling drama that is perfect for our audience."
No production schedule was released for the TV film.

One show that i really loved on Sci Fi was G vs. E. Didn't have a big audience and didn't last that long, but it was a great show.

I don't know, you guys... they said that this could be the pilot for a new series. And I agree, 90% of Sci-Fi channel movies are terrible, but their shows are incredible. Farscape, Doctor Who, Stargate SG-1... I won't mention Stargate Atlantis because that would be a horrific example... but if this gets turned into a show I think it has the potential of being another great Sci-Fi channel show. Well, on their Friday Night lineup, at least. LOL

Odd Thomas was a great book! As a matter of fact, all of Dean Koontz books are, especially Watchers.
