Will Ferrell and David Dobkin Leave Neighborhood Watch
The pair was supposed to make the comedy this spring. In fact, Dobkin had just turned in revisions of Jared Stern's script.
The story chronicles an urbanite's journey as he moves to a suburban community, joins the neighborhood watch and uncovers a large conspiracy.
There is no word on who is taking over the project.

Hopefully, this means Ferrell is being a little pickier in what films he's going to do. The last several films he's done have been very poorly written.
