Wes Craven to Direct 25/8

Rogue Pictures has made two deals with Focus Features for two chilling new films. According to Variety, Rogue will begin production on 25/8 in April, which will be written and directed by Wes Craven.

Rogue has also closed a deal to remake the 1972 George Romero classic The Crazies.The horror film centers around a small Pennsylvania subburb terrorized after a plane crash drops a biological weapon into the water.

Rogue Pictures has not yet announced when production on The Crazies will begin.

The Crazies was released February 26th, 2010 and stars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Joe Anderson, Danielle Panabaker, Christie Lynn Smith, Brett Rickaby, Preston Bailey, John Aylward. The film is directed by Breck Eisner.

    yes wes is the man w/o a doubt but hills 2 sucked big time and that was him and his son, seemed to me they went the easy route same place, diffrent monsters, and uh lets see...? what can we do he....? oh i got it special weapons team lets drop them in the mix, i loved part one i mean loved it but 2 sucked hands down
