Werewolves Take Over Fox with Howl!
The show will take place in Alaska, and storylines will reflect the current changes going on in our country. Miller stated, "Alaska is a place where people disappear and now you know why." He continued, explaining that Howl is about, "The psychology of living with change."
If things bode well for the pilot, Howl could be debuting on Fox in the fall of 2010.

There was a werewolf series just four or five seasons ago Leu Diamond Philips was in it as the chief of police. His character didn't know about the werewolves.

Fox also has House, which is one of the best shows on TV.

I think the concept is a great idea. There was a werewolf series way back in the day, can't remember the title but I believe it turned out good, memories a little hazy. As for Fox doing the show, it will bomb, face the onlly thing fox has going for it is animated shows and the realality shows, the latter I hate. Now if say AMC were to pick up the project maybe it would work, but they have a zombie show coming out next year, which I can't wait for. So my second choice and I think would pull it off is FX channel, late night though. Or move it to HBO and Showtime so it could be could and horrorific, sorry Fox channel just don';t have faith in your ability to pull this off!

Not to say it doesn't sound interesting, though.

If they keep it dark and gritty I'll love it. Though I'm curious.. why alaska? I mean if they have months of night and months of day... you could have werewolves being werewolves for months on end... no breaks? Be interesting how they keep their dark secret a secret under such conditions. A huge underground lair? Hmm. Well I hope the entire series is based on the few months of night - or the series will be pretty boring for those few months of daylight (no moon = no wolf).

i hear you about swank, man.
you know what ive been hearing a lot of swank-hate the last few days, and it almost always stems back to the next karate kid.

You know that was an interesting part of the movie, and also Williams and Pacino were great. Robin Williams is just one of those comedians, unlike Carrey and Sandler, who can pull off serious roles. I just, lol, couldn't stand Swank. She ruined the whole movie for me.

i mostly hated it because of Hilary Swank and I've hated Swank since she helped ruin the Karate Kid franchise.
