Movie PictureDVD fans wanted to cheer last week!

In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Home Video scored a touchdown as We Are Marshall took the No. 1 spot on Nielsen VideoScan's First Alert chart. Genius Products and the Weinstein Co. were all smiles as Death Proof took the No. 2 position in sales.

20th Century Fox Home Video took the No. 3 spot with Family Guy, Vol. 5. Meanwhile, Warner Bros. came at No. 4 with Superman: Doomsday and Universal Studios Home Entertainment nabbed the No. 5 spot with Barbie as the Island Princess.

Warner Bros. continued it's winning ways as Smallville: The Complete Sixth Season grabbed the No. 6 position and Lionsgate saw The Condemned come in at No. 7

Lastly, Buena Vista Home Entertainment saw Grey's Anatomy: The Complete Third Season land in the No. 8 spot. It had been No. 1 last week.

We Are Marshall was No. 1 on Home Media Magazine's rental chart, while The Condemned took the No. 2 spot. Paramount Home Entertainment stayed in the game with Blades of Glory coming in at No. 3.

Death Proof took the No. 4 spot in rentals.

Topping the Blu-ray Disc release charts was Troy and taking the No. 1 position on HD-DVD was We Are Marshall.
