From Walt Disney Pictures and visionary director Tim Burton comes an epic 3D fantasy adventure Alice in Wonderland, a magical and imaginative twist on some of the most beloved stories of all time. Johnny Depp stars as the Mad Hatter and Mia Wasikowska as 19-year-old Alice, who returns to the whimsical world she first encountered as a young girl, reuniting with her childhood friends: the White Rabbit, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Dormouse, the Caterpillar, the Cheshire Cat, and of course, the Mad Hatter. Alice embarks on a fantastical journey to find her true destiny and end the Red Queen's reign of terror. The all-star cast also includes Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Crispin Glover.

Alice in Wonderland hits theaters March 5th, 2010.

Alice in Wonderland was released March 5th, 2010 and stars Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Crispin Glover, Matt Lucas, Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen. The film is directed by Tim Burton.

    Depp's Mad Hatter is what it would look like if Captain Jack Sparrow and Willy Wonka had a kid together... eccentric, weird, sashays when he walks, and socially challenged (or so it seems from the preview).
    i like how alice shrinks into her dress - cool idea.

    charlie and the chocolate factory has alot of mischief in it, some kids may not understand unless you're about 10 yrs old, Alice in Wonderland is not a kids movie, i said it before the original story is full of deceception, trickery, murder, drugs, lies and manipulation

    i wish burton would make a movie that looks more like this trailer pre-fall into wonderland. once she falls into the rabbit hole it goes typical burton (though less dark as iMattic said; however i have a feeling it will be darker and weirder than this teaser showed). johnny depp sashayed like he did in Pirates... so it's Jack Sparrow with clown hair and a top hat?
    looks better than i expected, but burton and the original story are too weird to be excited yet.

    I'm not that impressed honestly...
    I was hoping for it to be a lot more "dark" or "macabre" with Tim Burton.

    Then again considering it is a Walt Disney production...
    I can see how the studio might have had a heavy hand in the art design.

    There's no doubt it still looks awesome.
    I was just hoping for more (perhaps its the trailer which bugs me).
