Watch the First 4 Minutes of Lost Season 6!
To promote the sixth and final season of the blockbuster series Lost, ABC recently held a promotion in which 815 lucky winners received a video file that contained the first four minutes of Lost's Season 6 premiere. SpoilerFiles has posted the four-minute video which you can watch below and you can also take a look at some of the images of these "message-in-a-bottle" prizes that these lucky winners received.
Lost stars Matthew Fox, Naveen Andrews, Josh Holloway, Jorge Garcia, Daniel Dae Kim, Yunjin Kim, Evangeline Lily, Terry O'Quinn, Michael Emerson and Mark Pellegrino. The sixth and final season will debut with back-to-back episodes on Tuesday, February 2.

I don't know why you guys are arguing about this, Lost is one of the most fan obsessed shows of all time. No really. Regardless if it doesn't make sense or it does at times, it's still really popular, and probably for that reason, I haven't seen a show this complicated anywhere else. I'm happy that it's ending so we can finally get some damn answers lol. Oh and Charlie is back motha f*cka!

No. Not many people know that if shows like CSI and Law and Order still pull ridiculous numbers on their respective networks...
Maybe u dont get it, but network shows are so restricted the content rarely becomes satisfying. All Im doing is praising a highly original and well written show like Heroes. U guys asked me what I liked, I answered. Has nothing to do w/ networks. If Fox had the shield on, I prolly would have given creepy uncle Rupert some ratings as well.
If u guys are still intrigued to discover the reason a plane blew up over an island 7 seasons into the show, I think uve been led sheepishly astray on a string for 6 years. ANd u like it. Which is scary.
So if Brian is older than me... I should realize his opinions dont matter cus Gen Xers are stains on society? Is that what u were getting at?

You're making the point that Cable shows are better than network shows? That's not news, everyone knows that. But that doesn't mean network shows are automatically bad.
Just because there is a pretty large proportion of reality TV saturating the networks doesn't mean a lot of the scripted shows aren't worth watching.
Also, I'd wager a guess that Brian is older than you.

Sopranos, Entourage, and the quickly black balled "Playmakers" were/are all great tv. Heard very good things about The Wire, but the pacing was so crypttic for me I couldnt make it thru 15 min.

No i have realized tv sucks for a long time now. Maybe u dnt remember (Newkill/Iamscatman/Brian), but pre 21st century there were hardly any cheap, over-produced reality shows rotting the picture box and your tastes. Not to mention the 100 dif knockoffs of CSI or law and order. Really CBS, the mentalist? That's not even a f*cking word!!!!!
I used to never miss the SHield. When I was growing up I was heavy into X-Files. I actually met your mother at an xfiles convention Brian, and then u came along. So yes, now u know, I am ure pappy.

I've never seen most of the shows you mention but they all have lots of fans and good buzz. Southland was great before it got cancelled (and subsequently moved to cable where it will continue to likely be great, but thereby disqualifies itself), same goes for Nip/Tuck, Reaper, and ER, Desperate Housewives and Ugly Betty are smart, satirical dramedies, Modern Family and Glee are pretty much brilliant. Fringe is good, and even Flashforward, Heroes, and V have their moments.

Correct Err, personal preference is key, but being able to recognize weak writing, cheap set design, and which actor is mailing it in, well those are true perceptive talents. I won't hate too much on fringe or rescue me, but House is obnoxiously over rated. U do realize the brit who plays House on tv is basically doing a caricature of ignorant/overzealous americans?
Correct 'Nati, HBO and Showtime still have decent programming. Even tho True blood really got gay and bad towards the end of season 2. Weeds is very good. Heard good things about Dexter, but the concept is too meh for me. I wish they would pick up Heroes and give it the budget, sex, and gore it needs.
Mad men, the shield, and that show w/ b. cranston about meth was entertaining for a while. Prison break was so badly written I thought it was a comedy most of season 2. Im telling u Fox and ABC have agendas. namely to keep peeps dumb, confused, and misinformed.

i actually hate the FOX for their biggoted news reporting.
All pop Tv shows; fox and others, SUCK BALLS. The only shows really worth watching in the recent past were on HBO & SHOWTIME.
The only adult tv shows on cable was PRISON BREAK, MAD MEN, THE SHIELD, THE OFFICE(brit not the US version) and LOST. The rest were truly garbage. Did i miss anything good?

Creating new accounts? I've been using one account since day 1. There might be another account that wouldn't work properly with IE so I thought if I made a new account (this is still day one of the new site layout mind you), it would remedy the problem, but it didn't. I have to use Firefox to check movieweb. Now that's cleared up (I'm pretty sure I explained that to you last time but whatever, if you don't get it by now, then there's not much to help you). Don't trust the network (ABC). And it sucks that shows like this, the closer, and House are so well received when they couldnt hold a torch to early ER, or even Quantam Leap for f*ck's sake!!! My hate is really just a statement on how low the standards have dropped.

Masta, i guess you have a difference of taste, and sounds like your letting your hate for FOX news prevent you from appreciating a good story.
I do admit LOST has run 2 seasons too long, but it's the ONLY mystery series that's we've had in a long time. It's grand and creative, sure they've added 'fat' to the story here and there, but over all it's a good adventure mystery of a unique style. Not to mention great acting, by naveen andrews, Michael Emerson, and terry o'quinn.
I'm glad it's coming to an end, but i thoroughly enjoyed the run.
