Yesterday, Showtime debuted the fourth trailer for Season 7 of Dexter, featuring Michael C. Hall's title character discussing his "dark passenger." Today, the network has unleashed another trailer, that may seem like the very same video, until a new twist at the end with Dexter's sister, Deb (Jennifer Carpenter).
