Watch a New Clip from Diary of the Dead!

The Weinstein Co. have provided us with an all-new clip from George A. Romero's upcoming zombie-feast, Diary of the Dead, which is coming to theaters on February 15th. Take a look!

Fiction turns into reality for a group of film students who set out to shoot a low-budget horror flick in the woods of Pennsylvania. When the dead come to life before their eyes, director Jason Creed decides to capture these startling events with his camera, even as members of his cast and crew become prey to the increasing army of walking corpses that surround them. Mainstream media coverage of this plague is manipulated and unreliable, so the only way to get the real story out to the public is by posting raw footage on the Internet. As the group make their way back home in an old Winnebago, they are met with death at every turn, and the realization sets in that the only remaining audience for Jason's film may be the same undead subjects he is risking his life to document.

Diary of the Dead was released February 15th, 2008 and stars Michelle Morgan, Joshua Close, Shawn Roberts, Amy Ciupak Lalonde, Joe Dinicol, Scott Wentworth, Philip Riccio, Chris Violette. The film is directed by George A. Romero.

Nothing really to jump up & down and get excitited about! It looks the same from the "Orginial" "Night of the Living Dead", to the countless Re-Makes of "Night of the Living Dead", "Return of the Living Dead", "Dawn of the Dead" (Re-Makes incld there as well) to every zombie movie!!!!
George A. Romero just knows a simpl formula and sticks with it!

Looks pretty cool. The zombies act kinda slow, though, in more ways then one. Not as frightening as I would have thought, but this is only one clip. It's def. a unique take on the genre. It sounds like the Cloverfield style, cuz of the camera.
