Warner Bros. Announces Their 2009 Comic-Con Slate!

The San Diego International Comic-Con 2009 is just around the corner, and while a full schedule of events has yet to be released, Warner Bros. is getting a jump on the other studios by releasing a premilinary line-up of the films they will be presenting.

The studio is kicking things off in all three dimensions with a 3-D presentation of The Final Destination on Thursday, July 23 at 3:30 PM in Hall H. Producer Craig Perry has been confirmed to be in attendance on the panel.

On Friday, July 24, they keep things going in the massive Hall H with a morning showcase of upcoming films at 10:15 AM. The films on display in this two-hour presentation will include the highly-anticipated Where the Wild Things Are, The Book of Eli, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Box, Jonah Hex and Sherlock Holmes.

Also on Friday, July 24, in Room 6DE, the studio will feature a presentation of Shorts that will also include a Q&A session with director Robert Rodriguez.

Make sure to keep it right here as more updates on Comic-Con 2009 will start to come in over the next few weeks.
