Heat: Warner Bros. has announced the long awaited special edition of the Michael Mann masterpiece, Heat.

When Al Pacino and Robert De Niro square off, HEAT sizzles. A tale of a brilliant L.A. cop (Pacino) following the trail from a deadly armed robbery to a crew headed by an equally brilliant master thief (De Niro). Val Kilmer, Jon Voight, Tom Sizemore, Ashley Judd and Natalie Portman co-star.

The disc is expected to hit the street on February 22nd, 2005 with the expected features of Additional Scenes, Audio Commentary, Documentaries and Theatrical Trailers.

Heat was released December 15th, 1995 and stars Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Val Kilmer, Jon Voight, Tom Sizemore, Diane Venora, Amy Brenneman, Ashley Judd. The film is directed by Michael Mann.
