'Warm Bodies' Eyes John Malkovich for the Lead in Zombie Movie

John Malkovich is in talks with Summit Entertainment to play a key role in the upcoming horror Warm Bodies. The actor might play the role of General Grigio, who's obsessed with the destruction of the zombie threat.

Jonathan Levine will be writing and directing the film based on the book by Isaac Marion, which follows an existentially tormented zombie named "R" who begins an unlikely friendship with the girlfriend of one of his victims. It starts a chain reaction that will transform him, his fellow zombies, and maybe the whole undead world.

Warm Bodies was released February 1st, 2013 and stars Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer, Analeigh Tipton, Rob Corddry, Dave Franco, John Malkovich, Cory Hardrict, Daniel Rindress-Kay. The film is directed by Jonathan Levine.
