The story follows a young man who is so emotional that he has "emo powers."
The plan is for Kyle Newman to direct Stephen Edmond's screenplay. Edmond created the comic.
Vanguard initially found the property at Comic-Con.

Look, emo does come from "emotive hardcore" but, the thing is, try explaining the abuse of that word to anybody "normal" for any length of time lasting more than five seconds. Either they'll call you a f*g for actually knowing something or they'll stop paying attention. And it's because the average person is stupid and shallow. Fact of life.

yeah chad, maybe 15 years ago "emo" represented an underground music movement of emotionally driven, mildly soulful stuff, but these days "emo" is simply a platform on which to move merchandise and make money.

Wow. As if that word isn't used incorrectly enough by stupid people, they go and make it worse. And you'll know who I'm talking about in the upcoming comments after I post this one. All the people that will make fun of the word emo or whatever 'cut wrists/cry blah blah blah i think i'm special', will prove my point. That's like some movie group with fashion making a movie called "Testerone Males Are Scared of Emos Since They Get All The Girls" lol! It's ridiculous. Anywho, people need to stop stereotyping, or better yet, at least stop stereotyping in a negative way considering that's not even what the word "Emo" even means. Some retard changed it and thought it was funny so it became popular by insecure "normal" males and some females, but mainly guys.
