Universal Picks Up Some Talent

Universal Pictures has bought the rights to the comic book movie, Talent from Boom Studios.

The four-issue miniseries follows a 34-year-old college professor who is the lone survivor of a plane crash, says The Hollywood Reporter. He discovers he has mysteriously taken on the talents of those who died in the crash and finds that the attributes are a blessing and a curse.

Talent is written by Christopher Golden and novelist Tom Sniegoski and drawn by Paul Azaceta; no production schedule has been set as of yet.
