@messenger true. I haven't seen the trailer or read anything about the movie; so I don't know if I'm close, but... that's what the poster makes me think

"Without a doubt one of the films of the year"

Well that puts it right alongside, Super 8, Just Go With It, Spy Kids Scratch 'n Sniff, The Tree of Life, Sucker Punch, and Fast Five.

    Worst compliment ever :P

@messenger I got it, just being smart :P. These independent movies always have names with some "deep, profound meaning". Or at least usually.

An emotion of rage he has kept so deep inside him, it fossilized like the carnivore that it is and doesn't want it to come out

Based on the poster, I'd assume the movie is about a suppressed monster the protagonist is trying to prevent himself from letting out.

I think people have just become jaded to anything critically acclaimed because most of the time the films that are praised are just boring and soul crushingly depressing.

@Mr_Jellyfish Agree...even though I was expecting a T-Rex to show up at least at the end of the trailer lol

Also the comments here are kind of depressing, don't you guys have enough bland superhero/robot/monster blockbusters to satisfy you?

  27. the_tall_guy

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa! You cannot have the name Tyrannosaur and not have one single Tyrannosaurus Rex anywhere in this movie. I watched the trailer, half expecting one to show up (if not a live T-Rex, then at least a skeleton of one), but it never happened. I feel like I wasted my time.
