Two Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Clips Arrive

Walt Disney Pictures and Yahoo! Movies have debuted the first two clips from the upcoming adventure film Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which is set for a theatrical release on May 28. Click below to watch these first official clips from the film, which stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton.




Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was released May 28th, 2010 and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton, Ben Kingsley, Alfred Molina, Steve Toussaint, Toby Kebbell, Richard Coyle, Ronald Pickup. The film is directed by Mike Newell.

    Well, Saints 18, if you really want to get into it, "From the Producers of.." just means thats its in the vain as those other movies. It's an action/adventure. The reason they didn't put "From the Director of..." is because the only movie Mike Newell has done that is barely resembling "Persia" is The Goblet of Fire. "From the Director of Four Weddings and A Funeral comes Prince of Persia." Doesn't have a hook. And Producers are the boss, they have control. If they don't like what's going on you get fired. Bottomline.

    at saints 18-Producers help finance the film too. As for the clips, they're trying to entice without ruining the movie. I for one am a fan of the games and can't wait to see it.

    I went running three miles yesterday and I had more excitement doing that then watching the "Prince" run on the rooftops and with the other video..its been shown before in the trailer but its a little bit extended here. EH! Im curious! This movie brings me to a pet peeve I have about movies. When they show on trailers "From the Producers of" means nothing..Producers dont make the films..the Directors do. Producers just do the behind the production stuff. Im sure some have some control but it still doesnt matter. When I see a trailer that says "from the director of" I will see that before it says "from the producers of". Reason I bring this up is because thats what the trailer to this movie did. Just because its from the producers of POTC doesnt mean its going to be as good or better than them. OK IM OFF MY SOAPBOX! Clips not that good!
