Prometheus was released June 8th, 2012 and stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Guy Pearce, Logan Marshall-Green, Sean Harris, Rafe Spall. The film is directed by Ridley Scott.

@c-a-r-t-m-a-n I'm not good at writing movie reviews either. I did recently write a movie review for the Avengers here on movieweb, and i think that will be my last review i ever write. I stayed up all night to write it and to be quite honest it wasn't easy to write it, because of how long reviews are expected to be here on movieweb. Unfortunately, i don't think i will be writing one for Prometheus.

@themoviefanatic - I can vouch for TDKR for its directed by CN!! its definitely gonna blast all expectations,. The same feel and trust i had in Sir RS,.. which ill never have again. I was excited for the upcoming Blade Runner Seq, Im not anymore,,

But, it's best to go into the theater to see the movie, and not expect much from the movie to be a good movie, because if anyone does go into the theater to see the movie expecting it to be good, they may be disappointed no matter what the movie is.

@themoviefanatic - visually its stunning and I personally loved the movie - but many hated it to the core(all die hard fans of sir Ridley and Alien) for the lame story, no surprise all predictable forthcoming incidents and absolutely no shocking or horror elements like RS promised - he said ill scare the living sh*t outof you - not even a single scene you have like that,...

@themoviefanatic - wen you see the movie you kno wats gonna come next (sorry for the spoilers - if you dont want any dont read further)
1) You very clearly will come to kno The last Engineer aka Space Jockey is going to kill everyone including David once he is awakened.. also You will come to know they are going to wake him up after a scene 2) You will very clearly come to know David is going to infect the group with alien fluid 3) You will come to know Noomis Uterus tentacle alien is the one thats going to kill the Engineer or infect him - so easy to predict the next scene with out any surprise like a chain one after the other... You need more Sean?? (The Engineer also kills everyone for no reason - what is the point in not bringing the old alien creature? oh wait the after credit will make you wanna kill yourself)

Myself and 4 of my friends watched the movie together - Altho I likd the movie - all 4 of ma friends didn like the predictable story.... the movie did not answer any of the Qs that its supposed to answer which is a big disappointment as I was not able to defend myself wen we all had an argument after the movie!! (the one thing I hate is the after credit scene) so lame....
