Twilight to Play on Showtime in 2010

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Showtime has put together "an exclusive four-year output deal with Summit Entertainment" that includes the smash hit Twilight.

Twilight will play on the network in 2010.

Other films in this deal include the thriller Knowing as well as the comedy Bandslam.

Making this deal even sweeter is that fact that it could also include the two Twilight sequels that are in the works.

"A cable network doesn't live off one movie," stated Summit's Rob Friedman said. "They looked at our slate and made a decision based on everything we have coming."

Twilight was released November 21st, 2008 and stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Cam Gigandet, Ashley Greene, Christian Serratos. The film is directed by Catherine Hardwicke.
